In case you haven't use Restaurant.com, I'll explain just a little. You buy a certificate worth $25 (typically 25, but they have $10 and $50 options also available) at a discount for $10 (if it is $25) and then you have an option to enter a code at checkout (MOM in this case), and you will get 80% off, which makes most certificates $2.
Most $25 dollar certificates have a minimum amount that you need to spend. Most are $35 but can be more, so that's something you will want to check first.
