Now, there's lots of things I've gotten on eBay...but one of my favorite things to do (mostly when I'm bored) is do an advanced search for jewelry with free shipping under $2...and I find a lot of fun stuff...for really cheap! :)
Example...this necklace below, currently at 55 cents with just over an hour to go. I always wonder, how cheap could I get it for? :)
